Tiny Tigers (Ages 2–4): Our Tiny Tigers program introduces children to the joy of control over movement. Through fun activities, we help young athletes improve balance and body awareness. Using soft equipment, we focus on games that keep exercise enjoyable while building key motor skills. At this stage, we keep things playful—no combat or sparring.

Youth Taekwondo (Ages 4–16): Designed for kids and teens, our Youth Taekwondo program teaches traditional Taekwondo techniques, self-defense, and valuable life skills. With guidance from experienced instructors, students train safely using appropriate equipment. For advanced students, supervised light-contact sparring builds confidence and improves technique. Beginners and younger students practice no-contact sparring to ensure safety.

Adult Taekwondo (Ages 16+): Whether you're a beginner or returning to martial arts, our Adult Taekwondo program offers traditional training with a focus on fitness and self-defense. Under expert guidance, you’ll practice stretching, learn taekwondo techniques, and build strength in a supportive environment. Black Belt Preparation Program

Every student at Resilient Martial Arts is part of our black belt preparation program. This comprehensive training is designed to help students progress steadily toward the ultimate goal of earning their black belt.

Belt testing opportunities are offered every two months, but students are only tested when they are fully prepared and qualified. Black belt tests are held twice a year, and it takes a minimum of three years of consistent training to reach the level required to take this important step. Our experienced instructors provide personalized guidance, detailed feedback, and challenging workouts to help students succeed at every stage of their journey.

Competition Sparring Program

For students interested in competing at high-level tournaments, we offer an exclusive competition sparring program. This advanced training focuses on conditioning, strategy development, and Olympic-style sparring techniques to prepare students for success in regional, national, and international competitions.

This program is available for students in the black belt preparation program who are ready to take their skills to the next level. An additional fee applies. This program is open to experienced athletes only, all participants must undergo a skill assessment and receive approval from coaching staff.
