Morning Fitness Class

Through fun games and activities, young athletes improve balance, coordination, and Start your day strong with our morning sessions. These classes combine cardio and strength training in fun, focused workouts that energize you for the rest of your day. You’ll sweat, push yourself, and leave feeling accomplished—all in under an hour.


Evening Adult Classes

For those with busy mornings, our evening classes provide the perfect way to unwind, relieve stress, and stay active after work. These sessions focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance, with modifications available for all fitness levels.


Train More Save More

To make fitness more accessible, we offer a family-friendly membership option: if two children are enrolled in our Taekwondo program, one parent may attend unlimited adult fitness classes at no extra cost. Even if you’re joining on your own, we have flexible membership plans to fit your lifestyle and goals.

Unlimited Classes

We offer a range of classes daily depending on your current belt level. This package allows you to come to up to six classes per week.
